By using VibeKit, operated by GAROA SOLUCOES TECNOLOGICAS LTDA (CNPJ 32.212.172/0001-15), you agree to these terms.
1. The service
VibeKit helps you create, organize, approve and publish social media content (Instagram first), including with your own AI connected through MCP, and automate replies to comments.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your credentials, for the members you invite and for everything done in your workspace. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate information.
3. Acceptable use
- Follow Instagram's Community Guidelines and Meta's Platform Terms.
- Do not send spam, misleading or unsolicited messages, nor use automations to harass anyone.
- Do not publish illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Do not try to bypass limits, security or the normal operation of the platform.
4. Your content
Your content is yours. You grant us only the license needed to store, process, render and publish it on your behalf. You are responsible for what you publish, including AI-generated content.
5. Third-party services
Publishing and automations depend on Meta's APIs, which may change, limit or suspend features. We are not liable for third-party outages or decisions.
6. Plans and payments
Paid plans, when available, will show prices, limits and cancellation terms before you subscribe.
7. Liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. After termination, data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
